Refund and Returns Policy

At SwapFit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Below is our Refund and Returns Policy:

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items eligible for returns must be in the same condition as when they were sold. They should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Excluded items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and perishable goods may not be eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

  • To request a return, contact the seller directly through your SwapFit account. Provide details of the item and reason for return.
  • If the seller agrees to the return, shipping instructions will be provided.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is faulty or was incorrectly described.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller, a refund will be processed if the return meets the eligibility requirements.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • SwapFit applies a 13% commission fee on each sale, and this will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Please contact the seller within 3 days of receiving the item if the item is faulty or incorrect. Include pictures and details of the issue for quicker resolution.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

  • The commission fee charged by SwapFit is non-refundable.
  • Shipping and delivery costs are generally non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrectly described.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel an order before the product is shipped. After the item has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

7. Seller’s Return Policy

Sellers on SwapFit are required to clearly state their own return and exchange policies in their shop. Buyers should always review these terms before purchasing.
